My Children's Day Care providers are specialized in early childhood education.

They are at least, bilingual and certified to help your children to succeed any challenge.

- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR);

"My Children Day Care" respect and practice the Section 47.15 of the Health Code - all of our current and prospective personnel are screened, fingerprinted and reviewed for criminal convictions or pending criminal actions.

We inquire the New York State Central Child Abuse and Maltreatment Register to determine if the individual has been or is the subject of a child abuse and maltreatment report.

Our drop of and pick up routine, follows simple but efficient security measures : Parents and visitors are greeted at the door to sign in and be assisted.

Photo identification is required from all unfamiliar visitors. A visitor listed as an authorized person to pick up a child must still show photo identification if the school director and/or associate do not know him/her.

All of our equipment is tested for safety including child-sized tables and age/hight adapted toys. We often check all equipment to ensure they are in good working order.

We value and sponsor our staff to further learning and certifications. Our personel are hand picked - Upon hiring, we throughly analyze resumes, references of three most recent employers and do background checks of every employee. The entire staff have initial as well as annual medical examinations, and must have current annual TB tests.

Since 2008 My Children's Day Care has been fully licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services to provide care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old during traditional hours (7am to 6pm) in Yonkers and vicinities.

 At My Children's Day Care toddlers grow healthy and smart, preschoolers gain independence and learn to explore the world, boys and girls overcome school challenges receiving special encouragement. 

 

We follow DOH strict guidelines to protect childrens health, safety and well being. We go beyond standards for physical space, equipment, teacher/child ratios. Our facilities have the written approval of the Fire Department, Buildings Department and the Bureau of Child Care. Our personnel are background checked and go regularly under health examinations and immunization.

 

We count with Early Childhood Education Consultants to assist and improve our programs. "My Children's Day Care" provide parents with clear admissions policies, description for indoor and outdoor activities, a plan of discipline and guidance practices. We offer transportation and delicious healthy food service to help busy parents like you.
